What is an OTC desk?

OTC (Over-The-Counter) trading within the digital assets space is a private deal between a buyer and a seller. An OTC transaction is made when an agreement on the trading price is agreed upon. The OTC solution provides a private and more personalised service.

Once we receive your form, we will send you a trade invoice via email within 24 hours. When you agree and confirm the trade, you are required to transfer the funds to the given wallet address and you will receive your funds in return.

For trades occurring before 3pm MYT on business days, the settlement will be completed on the same day. For trades occurring after 3pm MYT, the settlement will be completed on the following business day.
